Hi there. We figure you may have some questions, and so here are some answers. If you don’t see your question answered here, or just want to make sure… Again, contact us, or send over a Slack message. We will reply ASAP.

Can I get a refund if the course does not meet my standards?

The answer to that is yes. We will be transparent, though, and ask for you to do the same. We want to know why the course did not meet your standards. Also, please be aware that asking for a refund after the course has been completed, you have had access to all of the videos and materials, etc does not align with our business ethics. It really is a case-by-case situation. We want to know what happened, and how we can fix it. If fixing it means a refund, than again the answer is yes, you can request a refund and possibly receive one.

Can I request a course, or individual tutoring?

Yes. Yes to both of those questions. During the time it takes to develop the course you are requesting with lessons, materials, lectures etc we will communicate with you a time-frame and also bringing in more students to the course. As for private tutoring, feel free to request it. If we can provide tutoring that suits your needs then of course we will move forward with you in that endeavor as well. Please feel free to communicate with us your learning and knowledge transfer desires and goals. We will do our best to meet them.

What is the professor to students ratio at Everyday Assignments?

We try to keep the ratio low. By low we mean less than 10 students per course. Our goal is to provide a tailored and personalized learning experience where the student can interact directly with both pedagogical and industry professionals. Everyday Assignments is about making education personal again. We have become highly automated in a lot of things, and while that is amazing, we believe some individuals want a more on-hands, real-time interactive learning experience. One of our beliefs is that we are in this to educate, to help leaders lead – it’s not about memorizing to pass a test. It’s about understanding concepts and applying them for your success.

What if I am not completely fluent in the languages courses are provided in?

If you are not completely fluent in the languages the courses are offered in there really is not much to worry about. We are all fluent in the 3 languages courses are provided in. Let’s say your mother-tongue is Spanish but the course is in English and you are at an Advanced but not 100% fluent level? We will help you under stand the material. We only ask one thing from the student. Please let us know when you need help. Do not be afraid or shy about making sure you understand the material you are looking to use for your own development.

How can I access my courses?

All courses will be recorded. Every lecture and Q and A session will be recorded for your review and future use. They will be accessible only to those students in the course, and this access will be granted the day following the meeting. There will be courses that will be self-paced, and so you will have access to everything at once. Reading materials i.e. case studies, charts, graphs, data sets, will all be accessible to the student as well. It is suggested to keep copies of these materials for future use. They are accessible, live, for a limited time. Please know, though, that the Slack Channels will always be available and as such if there are any questions or comments, you can contact us via that route.

Special requirements, schedules, and time sensitive incidents?

We respect the investment you are making on your education and attainment of knowledge. We respect the time it entails and its investment, along with the casual incidents that may occur in our day-to-day lives. That being said, please take note that ALL concerns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free and confident that our goal is to solve your issue and provide you with an outcome that suits your requirements, expectations, and/or needs. If you have a request, any sensitive situation that requires special arrangements, or questions concerning validity and future prospects, please communicate this with us. We are always open to listening, remedying, and advocating for our students. That is our goal. The students and their attainment of knowledge is our goal. Period.
